Hi, I am so glad you stopped by and I am hopinng you decide that this is a journey you would like for us to take together and invite a few frends. Let me poperly introduce myself.

How did we Get Here

My name is Nicol Adenekan, Nicol without an E and I LOVE talking and meeting new people, but I dont like public speaking and sometimes, I can get tongue tied and forget my train of thoughts or the super duper important things I needed to say. Its kinda is a oxymoron LOVE to talk, but dont like to speak/talk in front of people. Well, I will be turning the big 5-0 in a month and I challenged myself to step out of my fears, get a blog going and start doing a Live/or make some videos on IG. I like to try new things, and I am hoping fingers crossed, and several prayers later, I can do do it. Back to my introduction, anyway, like I said, I will be turning 50 in less than a month. It used to make nervous, but I soon realized and convinced myself that I am BLESSED, and it is a great honor to be almost 50 and still have a desire to see the world, eat the cake and enjoy life, in no particular order. lol. I recently celebrated my 18 year wedding anniversary with my husband, Debo and that is another milestone that I am proud of and I am sure you will meet him later. We have 3 bonus children between the 2 of us. I have a son and he has a daughter and son. We both come from large families, its 6 children in my family and 8 children in his family. I am the oldest of my family- 3 girls and 3 boys, the black brady bunch, but we didn't have a maid named Alice. lol I have been an encourager every since I could remember. I enjoy seeing the best in people and have a need to be a friend to the person being bullied, have always been that way and will continue for life, its in my DNA. I love Jesus with my WHOLE heart and that along with a relationship with Him gives me purpose. I have a passion for Inspiration, Home Style, Travel, Food and Living my Best Life. I hope along the way, I can inspire you, get you to dream a little, show you tips and tricks and help you inspire someone else. Life isn't always easy or perfect, but it isn't the worse either, all it takes is a glimmer of light to shine in the darkness. You GOT THIS an I am here for it.
